Greene Business & Tech Park
A visionary 200 acre "shovel ready" business park designed to accommodate a diverse mix of business types, including technology, light manufacturing, commercial and back office operations. Located within seconds of the NYS Thruway Exit 21B, 20 minutes south of Albany. The park is fully permitted.
Kalkberg Commerce Park
A 146 acre commerce park directly north of the Greene Business and Technology Park. Located in the Towns of Coxsackie and New Baltimore, this site is shovel ready.
Greene Lodging & Waterpark Project
The current concept calls for the development to occur on a 103 acre parcel that the IDA has under option. The first phase will include a 400 room hotel, 80,000 square foot indoor water park, an 18,000 square feet conference center and a number of amenities such as snack bar, restaurants and game room.

Greene County I-87 FEIS
During 2007, the IDA conducted an environmental review of a mixed use destination retail park within an area incorporating the lands between County Route 61 to the east, State Route 9W to the west, Kings Road to the north and the New Baltimore/Coxsackie Town Line to the south.
