Ferguson Enterprises is the number one supplier of plumbing parts in the United States and is seeking to expand its market base in the northeast. After nearly a year long site selection process that started with 60 sites in 7 states, the company chose the Greene IDA’s Fountain Flats Business Park as the location of its new Distribution Center. The current project represents Phase I and will involve the development of a 460,000 square foot distribution center. The project also includes consideration of a potential future expansion of the facility by 300,000 square feet with the full build-out addressed in the IDA’s environmental reviews and permitting. Ferguson is committed to new direct employment of 95 and the project will create additional jobs with vendors that exclusively service this facility.
